1. Booking & Reservations
All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only after you receive a written confirmation from MC Seychelles Travel & Tours. We reserve the right to refuse any booking at our discretion. Booking requests submitted through our website forms are inquiries and do not constitute a confirmed reservation until acknowledged by our team.
2. Pricing
All prices listed on our website are indicative and subject to change without notice. Final pricing will be confirmed at the time of booking confirmation. Prices are quoted in Euros (€) or Seychelles Rupees (SCR) as indicated. Additional charges may apply for special requests, peak season surcharges, or last-minute bookings.
3. Payment
Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation. We accept payment via bank transfer, PayPal, and other methods as specified. A deposit may be required to secure certain bookings, with the balance due prior to the service date.
4. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellation policies vary by service type:
- Taxi transfers: Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup
- Tours & excursions: Free cancellation up to 48 hours before departure
- Boat charters: Cancellation terms as per charter agreement
- Hotel accommodation: Subject to hotel cancellation policy
- Air transfers: Subject to airline cancellation policy
- Weddings & events: Custom cancellation terms apply
5. Liability
MC Seychelles Travel & Tours acts as an intermediary between you and the service providers (hotels, transport operators, activity providers). While we carefully select our partners, we are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience arising from the services provided by third parties. We recommend that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance.
6. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, government actions, pandemics, strikes, or civil unrest.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of MC Seychelles Travel & Tours and is protected by copyright law. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
8. Changes to Terms
